Order Processing & Delivery
1- We will process your order and ship your package within 2 business days at
the latest.
2- Order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through
Friday.
3- Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are processed the next business
day.
4- We do not provide Saturday or Sunday delivery.
5- Orders paid through check or money order, will be processed and shipped once
the
check or money order has cleared.
Shipping Zone & Method
1- USA orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
2- All packages include tracking service.
3- We do not ship Worldwide. We ship to USA and Puerto Rico only.
4- Puerto Rico orders are subjet to a flat shipping fee of $10.00.
Back-Ordered & Out-of-Stock Items
1- Occasionally we have an out-of-stock or back-ordered items. We will attempt
to contact
you within 72 hours of receiving the order regarding any items that are
out-of-stock or
back-ordered. If we do not hear back from you, we will cancel the item and issue
a credit to the original form of payment.
Risk of Loss
1- All items purchased from
www.tropicalmusicpr.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our
delivery to the carrier.
Returns
Please follow these steps to return an item for a refund:
1- Securely package the item(s) to be returned.
2- Please include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason of
your return.
3- Return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice.
(We recommend using a carrier that provides a package tracking number.)
Please Note
1- Shipping charges, handling charges are not reimbursed.
2- We will pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
3- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
4- If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to two billing
cycles for your credit to appear.
5- Please return merchandise within 30 days of receipt to ensure proper credit.
